A Rule of Life provides guardrails to keep us traveling along the way and also serves as a trellis, so that we grow in the direction and way that we long to. A Rule allows us to intentionally create practices that help us become who we long to be. Do you long to contemplate and articulate a Rule for your life? In this group we will explore historical Rules of Life and hone in on the components that make up a Rule. This group will meet on the second Monday from August through November from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Each month this group will use scripture and quotes to examine a different emotion, the gift of that emotion and how it shows up in daily life. This group meets the first Monday of every month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

St. Ignatius’s Rules of Discernment have been used for centuries to help everyday people listen for where God is leading them. This group will examine these Ignatian rules and spend time together in prayer with scripture and quotes. This group meets the second Monday of every month from noon to 2 pm.
